• 808 Dance reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at – Dee@808dance.com
  • Photographs and videos may be taken of your child during lessons for the purpose of the press, our website, social network sites, exhibitions, displays and other promotional material. 
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • I give consent for the administration of basic first aid.
  • I give consent for my child to be taken to hospital in an emergency. 
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don’t issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • Our cancellation policy is; a 30 day notice period must be given no later than 27th of the month to cancel a subscription. A £45 cancellation fee is applicable due to the monthly subscription cost being spread over 12 months (52 weeks) when classes operate for 40 weeks meaning the monthly subscription amount is lower than the cost of each class.
